How do I install a game?
Perform a purchase by clicking on the “Buy” button of the page of your favorite Game.
Once you get the installation file, execute it and follow the instructions
How do I uninstall a game?
Use the available uninstaller located in your game installation folder or, as an alternative, follow these steps:
- In Windows, click the Start button
- Select "All Programs"
- Locate the program file
- Click on "Uninstall"
My computer crashes while playing one of your products.
Please check that your hardware meets the minimal requirements in the game’s page
If your hardware meets the minimal requirements a possible cause is that you don’t have installed the proper video or sound drivers for your equipment.
To get a diagnosis of your system follow this steps:
- In windows click on the Start button
- Select Run (Start Search in Windows Vista)
- Type DxDiag
- Follow the wizard to perform all the tests
- If you detect your video or sound drivers are not updated get the latest driver update from your hardware manufacturer

Can I play Digital Chocolate games on a Macintosh or Linux system?
Sorry, unfortunately only Windows systems are supported at the moment.
Online Games
I am not able to launch a game
If you are not able to launch one of our online games follow these steps:
- Make sure you have Java installed. Direct your browser to the Java download page and click on the “Install Java” button
- Make sure you have Flash installed. Direct your browser to the Flash download page and click on “Install Now” button
- If you have Java already installed make sure it is enabled
- Internet Explorer
- Open the menu Tools and select internet options
- Select the Security Tab
- Click on Default Level
- Set the default level to medium
- Firefox
- Open Tools menu and select Options
- Select Content Tab
- check the box "Enable JavaScript" and "Enable Java"
- If you have Flash already installed make sure it is enabled
- Internet Explorer
- Open the menu Tools and select internet options
- Select the Security Tab
- Click on Default Level
- Set the default level to medium
- Temporarily disable popup window blocker
- Internet Explorer
- Open the menu Tools and select internet options
- Select the Security Tab
- uncheck the box “Block pop-ups”
- Firefox
- Open Tools menu and select Options
- Select Content Tab
- uncheck the box "Block pop-up windows”
